Our story
Hi, I'm Chelsea, the founder of LULLABI the Label.
I'm 26 years old and based in Christchurch, New Zealand.
In December 2023, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, a chronic inflammatory bowel condition that affects the digestive tract and currently has no cure. At the time, I was prescribed steroids and other medications, taking up to 16 pills a day.
Despite the initial shock, I was determined to keep living life on my terms. I adjusted to my new routine quietly, balancing medications with full-time work and choosing not to share my diagnosis widely.
By February 2025, I had been in remission for over a year. But a sudden flare-up forced me to take five weeks off work, a powerful reminder that health must come first.
During that time, I found comfort in small rituals: coming home, showering, and changing into something soft and beautiful. It was in those quiet moments that LULLABI was born. A brand built on the idea that sleepwear should feel elegant, empowering, and effortlessly comfortable.
Living with Crohn's has given me a deep appreciation for rest and restoration and I want LULLABI to reflect that. That's why, with every purchase, $1 will be donated to the Crohn's & Colitis New Zealand Charitable Trust, a cause that's deeply personal to me and impacts thousands of Kiwis.
